Gestação na infância e na adolescência de pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social

Resumo: Introduction: Pregnancy in childhood and adolescence occurs more frequently in girls who go through situations of social vulnerability, such as low income, fragile school access, precarious housing conditions and low access to health services. In this context, it is known that an early pregnancy entails several risks for both mother's and baby's health. The numbers of cases are very high, classifying it as a public health problem, which needs to be studied. Review: The goal of the article was to improve the understanding of pregnancy in childhood and adolescence of girls in social vulnerability situations. The execution was made through scientific articles and programs of health organizations. Discussion: Twenty references were used for the study. Being eleven scientific articles, seven publications from governmental health organizations and two informative websites on the subject. Final considerations: Through the research, the conclusion was that social vulnerabilities are closely linked with pregnancy in childhood and adolescence, and need to be faced and resolved so that this public health problem can be reduced. However, as much as there are preventive programs for early pregnancy, the numbers remain high, characterizing their low efficiency. Keywords: adolescence, pregnancy, childhood, vulnerabilities. Papel do enfermeiro do PSE na prevenção da gravidez na adolescência

Resumo: Introduction: Adolescent pregnancy is considered a public health problem and the school, together with the PSE Nurses, is committed to developing educational and assistance actions, geared to the needs and particularities of this age group. Review: This is a qualitative literature review. The study subjects were adolescents aged 10 to 19 years enrolled in public schools in a municipality in the metropolitan region of Salvador-Ba. Discussion: Health education must be developed in partnership with the school, family and health professionals, as a proposal to reduce the rate of teenage pregnancy, carrying out activities that help to build knowledge.Final remarks: The school is the ideal place for the development of educational activities and nursing reception is essential for the development of actions aimed at preventing pregnancy in adolescence. HPV 16 em câncer de colo de útero durante a gravidez: relato de caso

  1. Introduction: cervical cancer is the main cancer diagnosed during pregnancy, it corresponds to 3% of cervical cancers. Considering its rarity and complexity, a difficult therapeutic standardization and treatment during pregnancy is even more challenging as the recorded uterus is directly affected during treatment.2. Case report: patient with well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, complaining of postcoital bleeding for 3 years. During the investigation to perform staging (ia1) in april 2016 at the oncology surgery service, a 14-week pregnancy was identified.3.      Discussion: several issues and controversies still remain on this subject. The facts and uncertainties should be widely discussed with the patient. The effect of delaying surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy in order to allow pregnancy in cervical tumors is not yet well understood.
