Acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico em pacientes idosos de uma entidade de longa permanência de São João Da Boa Vista – SP

Resumo: Pharmacotherapeutic monitoring (PA) is a major challenge for the pharmaceutical professional and becomes an important tool to reduce medication errors, which interferes with the effectiveness of treatment, resulting in the improvement or not of health problems and quality of life. In the case of the elderly, the quality of life depends on their ability to combine emotional and physical health, because with advancing age, their functional capacity decreases, and they tend to lose their independence, thus compromising their autonomy. The objective of this study was to carry out the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up of the elderly, in order to alleviate errors related to drug treatment, resulting in an improvement in the quality of life of these patients. Material and methods: A survey was carried out using the Soap Method in which subjective data and objective data were collected, then carried out the evaluation and finally, the action plan for the identified problem. Results and discussion: Of the 10 patients interviewed, the most common pathologies were cardiovascular problems and diabetes mellitus, of the 10 patients interviewed, in 3 there was no drug interaction, however, 7 had drug interactions, referring to their pharmacological treatment, with 32% interactions severe and 68% moderate. Any unwanted effect that could interfere with and impair the patient's pharmacotherapy is defined as Drug Related Problems (DRPs). Final considerations: Pharmacotherapeutic monitoring shows the importance of inserting the pharmacist in the multidisciplinary health team, in which she can exercise and practice the knowledge acquired at graduation, in order to guarantee the efficiency of pharmacotherapy and finally improve the quality of life of patients. Benefícios da fisioterapia pélvica nas disfunções sexuais femininas e na qualidade de vida: revisão integrativa

Resumo: Background: Sexual dysfunctions are characterized as any disorder that will have effects and / or will cause damage to the female sexual function that directly impact the quality of life and affective food relationships. Objective: The aim of this research was to carry out an integrative review with a view to proving the benefits of pelvic physiotherapy in the treatment of female sexual dysfunction and quality of life. Revision: This is an integrative literature review study, with bibliographic search of published articles published, Latin American and Caribbean platforms in Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online - (MEDLINE / PUBMED ), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Sciencedirect and Mendeley, combined in English and Portuguese. The search took place between January and June 2021 and the year of publication was not used as a selection criterion. Discussion: The initial search found 28,100 titles, which, after cc, were reduced to just 560 articles. Of these, only 7 were consistent with the survey. Final considerations: Based on this research, it identifies that pelvic physiotherapy plays a key role in the treatment of female sexual dysfunctions (FSD), and in improving the quality of life, since as FSD they change not only the woman's physical structures, but also psychological and social. Qualidade de vida dos profissionais de enfermagem que conciliam trabalho e estudo em um centro universitário privado na cidade de Recife/PE

Resumo: Introduction: A quality of life according to the World Health Organization (WHO) is a perception of the individual when his position of life in his life and his value system without which he is inserted, in relation to his objectives, of life and concerns. The objective was to evaluate the factors that interfere in the quality of life of nursing professionals that reconcile work and study. Centro Universitário Estácio do Recife / PE. Characterize the socioeconomic profile of these nursing students and identify the stressors that interfere in quality of life. Material and methods: A descriptive exploratory cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach was carried out at Estácio University Center in Recife-PE. The population was composed of graduate undergraduate nursing students duly enrolled in the 6th and 7th Periods of morning and night. In the period of October and November of 20017. Two questionnaires were used as instruments, one of the demographic data and the other of the QOL Assessment, WHOQOL-Bref. Results and discussion: Social characterization of an edition of the presented sample: female, age group of 32 to 37 years; singles; they had two children; they resided in the capital; studied from 03 to 04 days, with a workload of 10 to 15 hours per week; 01 work contract of 40 hours per week and 12x36 regime. Regarding the study of the WHOQUOL-Bref instrument, which provides, through the results, significant answers, such as: satisfaction with quality of life, living conditions; energy capacity and, on the other hand, worrying, such as: financial dissatisfaction, lack of medical treatment, among others. Final considerations: The results show the importance of implementing a strategy that aims to improve the quality of life of these nursing professionals in the physical, social, environmental and psychological domains. Preocupação deste século: longevidade com alimentação saudável

Resumo: Concern of this century: Longevity with healthy eating Considering the evident search for foods of fast and easy preparation, the industrial and scientific communities have been investing in the development of new products that, besides attending to this demand, can offer benefits to the health of the consumer. Among the foods that do not require a lot of time to prepare at home, the hamburger deserves prominence, due to its high consumption. However, because it contains saturated fat and because it is subjected to the frying process, too much consumption of this product can be harmful to human health and can cause chronic diseases, among them, obesity and hypertension. Studies have demonstrated the possibility of substitution of ingredients in the formulation of hamburgers, with the intention of incorporating substances with functional properties; therefore, substances that may contribute to the health and well-being of consumers. In this context, this review addresses issues related to meat, in the sense of conceptualizing the product and, in the light of the literature, offers possible alternatives and that have been studied to make this food healthier.
